Worst booking service
This is becoming a joke. Book flights on 19 Jan 21 only to be told flights was canceled. Now almost a month later and promises of 3 to 5 working days for a refund still nothing. Will not recommend or use this service again. No answer on the emails, online chat room.

I am unable to see the booking reference. Please could you mark the message as private so that the booking reference comes through and that the number is secure. You can also update your email address on the query, so that I can try and retrieve the booking using the address used at the time of booking creation.

I have found the booking in question and have checked all the flights and tickets and the airline has marked it all as flown. Please advise if you have travelled on these tickets, or if you are requesting a refund on a different booking.
