Worse travel company
Shocking how they unashamadly give you no service whatsoever! Quick to take your money but never respond to any requests! Your Whatsapp line is a joke, your call back system is ridiculous!! I will never advise anyone to book through this company ever. Endless headaches with no one willing to pick up a phone to just call

We regret to hear you are not pleased with the service provided.
I've called up your booking and see we received your Online Contact form on the 22 July. Our team responded the same day to your booking query providing feedback.
All changes need to be facilitated directly with Kulula as we do not have access to their flight bookings.
Kulula have advised all their passengers to call them on the following number: ***to be assisted.
Kulula call centre is open Mon to Sun 07H00 – 19H00.
The airline is currently receiving high volumes of booking queries so there might be a delay in the team answering your call.
As per our telephone conversation Kulula have also sent the following email advising:
""We are not processing Refunds on MN.
Tickets for travel with kulula.com for the period 28 June 2021 to 31 August 2021 will remain valid for 12 months until 31 August 2022. No change of booking fee or fare difference will be charged.""
As the airline sits with all funds of the ticket we are governed by all airline policies and I am afraid we are not able to waiver them.
You requested a refunds agent contact you back on Monday.
An agent will be in touch however I am not able to provide a time for when they will call.
