Wooow!!! excellent service
I had an emergency and I booked a flight through Travelstart and only to find out that we might not have the funeral this weekend due to procedures followed when the person dies from hijackings etc. I went to search for Travelstart on Facebook and sent them a message. Within 10 minutes they responded to my message and advised accordingly. And one sweetest, caring and empathetic Consultant gave me a call. Only to find out I even gave Travelstart incorrect bank card details. She advises that I should cancel my flight up until I am 100% sure on when will we bury my Handsome cousin. Thank you for making my day. You didn't add stress for me but you make this booking the best booking ever. I will always recommend Travelstart to friends and family. I am amazed.
