Wonderful Service received from Andrea De Villiers (Travelstart)

I would like to acknowledge the fantastic and extremely professional service I received every step of the way from Andrea De Villiers in making an internal flight booking this week.

This started from our first telephonic conversation when Andrea went out of her way to find me an earlier flight to Johannesburg so I will have more time to make my International Connecting flight later that evening and the same on my return in terms of Local Connecting flight.

Andrea sent me the travel itinerary within minutes of our telephone conversation and answered any questions I had very promptly.

When it came to booking my flights I was kept updated on every step of the process and once again Andrea responded to my emails within a few minutes.

This was my first interaction with Travelstart and it was a great experience which was in no small part down to the great service received from Andrea.

I look forward to future dealings with Travelstart and Andrea who is a credit to the company and the travel industry.
