Withholding Refund

I made bookings to travel to London in November 2021 using Travelstart and Qatar. Unfortunately due to travel ban I was forced to cancel the bookings. At the end of December 2021 I received a refund for the first ticket. I have been trying to get the refund for my second ticket ever since but have no luck with them . I am forced to use their WhatsApp platform that continuously provides an automated message and I never hear from them. I checked with Qatar who confirmed that both tickets were refunded at the same time. This makes me wonder on Travelstart ethics and morals. I am very concerned. I have used Travelstart for many bookings however I will definitely have to reconsider using them in future.
