Withholding information not stated in Terms and conditions
Travelstart has just cost me R20 000 worth of flight tickets due to withholding information that is not stated on their terms and conditions. Making up their own terms and conditions as they go along. Spoke to the manager that couldn't justify anything stated in their own terms and conditions.Showed it to my lawyer that agreed that they were withholding information and that it wasn't stated anywhere in there terms and conditions. If there are any customers that have experienced something similar please leave a comment below so that we can take it further.
