will not recommend anyone to use Travelstart

i will not recommend anyone to use the services of travelstart. they are the most unproffesional people i had to dealt with ever! with the issues now that kulula is shut down they do not inform their customers i had to phone them to find out, after holding on for more than an hour that it is not their problem i have to contact Kulula if i want to change the flight or want a refund, why work with a company like this then, be very careful they only want the payments and then ablsolute ZERO after sales service!!!!
