Will never ever book through Travelstart again. Really bad customer service!

I will never ever book through Travelstart again. The agent (Kyle) cut me off during our Whatsapp conversation, when I required why the refund takes so long. Travelstart takes 3 to 6 months to process my refund. Although on Qatar Airlines website, they state they refund within 20 days. I need the money to book another ticket on another airline ASAP!
