The worst experience ever, you make travelling a living hell... I am still waiting for my rebooking, I was advised that the request will take 24hrs. I am still waiting after 11 day for a mere response . Please just assist, you guys are travel agents but you treat your clients very badly. I have lost money on accommodation and activities and now flights and you are unbothered since I already paid for my flight tickets. As long as you are paid, then you do not care anymore. Please assist with my rebooking request for booking ***. This is hard earned money that we pay, can you please treat us with a little bit of respect. I call, I email, I WhatsApp, I send online tickets and absolutely no response?
