What are you doing?

<p>I have booked a ticket and paid more specifically for the low amount of time I have to spend on layovers. Now I got a schedule change from you guys on my returning flight, instead of having a 1 hour layover in Dubai I have a 15 hour layover, and cuts my trip short by one day!!! This is ridiculous as I could've opted for much cheaper flights then.</p> <p>After consulting one of your employee's they said they would find alternative flights for me. They came back and provided me with the exact same flights that my schedule was changed to! This is unacceptable as it is 1 week before my trip, I have planned and paid for my hotel/car rental already. Can you please resolve this issue ASAP! And actually provide me with some proper feedback!</p>
