What a scham these people are!!!

***AVOID AVOID AVIOD*** I can honestly say this is hands down one of the worst experiences if had with a booking agency, in my life. If I say ZERO NUL NADA after sale service, I mean NOTHING. Sent them a WhatsApp 16May, no response till date. Sent them an enquiry, no response. Call the "Customer Care Line" (what a joke) afer being on hold for 31min. only to be cut off. P*SS poor service Travelstart, you will not be seeing much of my personal or my business' business any time soon again.
