We should COMPLIMENT as often as we choose to complain
PROMPT EXCELLENT and EFFORTLESS service received from Kim Dullisear whilst booking holiday flights for 3 of my friends/family. Very refreshing indeed.....it was accompanied by excellent feedback and follow up....will definitely use them again.
