We love the human touch - We don't all want bots!

So what started off with a simple booking request change using the contact form...turned out to be a long winded, very frustrating flight change. Thankfully, I decided to pop into the CPT office to resolve the issue and I was attended to by the lovely Burton Beukes. He was apologetic and sympathetic to my experience. He was quite efficient and quickly made the change and I was able to process the payment when I got home.

Thank you Burton...I was almost no longer a Travelstart customer but you handled the situation well and changed my mind. Thank goodness for your human touch.
