I think too often we like to complain about a company being awful and inefficient and forget that it is people on the other side and people are not perfect.

Stop expecting the world from companies - yes they have a responsibility to their customers but it seems to me as though the team at Travelstart tries quite hard to give their customers good service.

I booked a flight from Durban to London and had no problems at all. I found the staff to be helpful, friendly, and transparent throughout the booking process.

I would definitely use Travelstart again.
