Waste of time
Great for booking, but do not try to contact them with a query - total waste of time using their Website, Whatsapp or by phoning their contact number - Waiting now on hold for 45 minutes. Suggested waiting time was 19 minutes

25 May 2022, 11:45Once I eventually got through to Travelstart their consultant at the call centre was amazingly helpful. It appears that I was entering the booking reference and not the Travelstart reference on the website and that is why it was rejected
