Wanted to move a flight to the following day.
Shirish was such a star / l called in frustrated as l had spoken to other agents who were not helpful.He handled the matter so quick and he was very friendly.He called back when he said he would.My husband’s flight was moved as we wanted.Thank you Shirish- we are grateful.

17 Oct 2024, 17:05Just to add another heartfelt thanks to Shirish , there was a problem with the flight we had fixed , he called back on his own accord and helped me fix it again.What a great agent , l wish more business with agents could get training on customer services from Shirish and the Travelstart team.l am glad we chose Travelstart and we will forever choose the Travelstart team
