Customer service is crazy man, you spend an hour on hold just for them to tell you they cant help you. Its disgusting. I just needed to know if my flight was cancelled and they couldn't even help me with that. Seriously just employ a few more customer service reps and TRAIN them how to speak to a human being. Id rather walk than buy a flight through them again.
