Waiting for refund
I have dealt with Travelstart many times with no problems, I was due to fly to Australia on 19 March, booking (ZA***6) but due to the airlines changing flights I cancelled the flights & on 20 March, (Refund record number is RA***) was told I would get a full refund & it would take 6 - 8 weeks, we are now almost into week 11 & today their chat room tells me that there will be no refunds from the airline until it is up & running again due to the coronavirus, so having read quite a few reviews in this site I see that many remark on the way that the company quickly cancels their flights but can some one please tell me how many of you have actually received refunds!

01 May 2020, 15:57Hi, I wrote the review relating to Travelstart on 1 May "Waiting for refund" I made a mistake relating to the date I was told I would get a full refund, it should of been as follows:- I cancelled the flights & on 20 FEBRUARY, (Refund record number is RA**********/27) was told I would get a full refund & it would take 6 - 8 weeks, I apologies if I misled anyone relating to the time frame of this claim

02 May 2020, 11:38Thanks to Travelstart for phoning & informing me that the majority of airlines have suspended refunds until they are up & running again, so if you are waiting for a refund patience is the key as there is no time frame for a restart, some airlines are also offering to extend your ticket so as & when they are again in the air you can re-book your flights
