Waiting for confirmation

I booked my tickets from riyadh-banglore.. I received a confirmation email saying my booking is succefully done but later on at night got an email saying me to give the details of card holder for security purpuse. I even gave them this information. So far i have not received any email regarding the confirmation of my tickets. I called the costmer care service but no response. Its a request plz let me know my tickets status.

Thank you for your response .. frankly speaking i was very scared after reading so many negetive comments everywhere. Now I am 100% sure this company is not spam.. only concern is u dont reply via emails and the call center doesnt receive phone calls easily.. as a costumer i would just advise u to improve this things so that ppl start trusting u.. after so many research i found this website where I saw you guys were replying. Undoubtedly it was very helpful and a great releif. Thank you 1s again to help me out. I wouldn't rate u as 1star but a request improve your ticketing system.. some people book their tickets a day before departure and they will definetly get panicked.. Thank You 1s again.. hoping to c an improved website in future.. have a great future.. Good Day...

And other people out there plz go through the website and read the terms and conditions.. so that u don't panic like me.. Dear Travelstart pls stop taking copies of cardholder information.. for users like me don't feel secured to give our personal details via email. Hope to c u again in future..
