Very upset customer
The "new" process that we need to follow with contacting Travelstart is stupid and frustrating. I am trying to change my booking but to contact customer service is a very frustrating stupid process, they never respond to the msges and they do not assist its just automated responses next thing you get a msge that the chat is closed without help.
