Very unprofessional and you have to beg and beg for them to do right by you.

Travel Start has to be the most unprofessional travel agency in the country. Their service is appalling. The fact that you now can’t speak to the call centre agents and have to Watsapp and wait a whole day to get a response is nonsense. .

I booked my flight from Durban to PE for the 4th of October in June already. Thursday (30 Sept) I receive an email saying my flight has been cancelled. No explanation, nothing. Then I had to Watsapp and Watsapp the whole day only to receive feedback from an agent late at night. The flight was cancelled because BA apparently changed its flight schedule. Ok, the agent then gave me alternative flight times which I accepted. She said she’ll request for the booking to be made. This was Thursday. It’s Saturday today and our flight are supposed to be on Monday and we haven’t received any confirmation. I Watsapped the whole of yesterday (Friday) to no avail. Next they will come back to us tomorrow, Sunday, and tell us that the booking wasn’t successful. Then what are we supposed to do?

I am never dealing with Travel start again. I would rather visit each airline website myself and compare prices because this is nonsense.
