VERY POOR AND UNSATISFIED SERVICE.

Very poor and unsatisfied serviced. I did an international booking with references ZA***8. during the payment process, they deducted the service fee, R200 and not the booking fee.. After that they sent me a link to do payment for the booking, when I get into that link, it added again a service fee plus a ticket fare which this time around more than before. I did not proceed with this excess payment so I started contacting them for a proper amount to pay as stated on the original ticket.. Calls went on automatic voice reply. Whatsapp went on auto reply with options that till now no customer attendance was provided. Am very unsatisfied why am deducted a service fee yet there was no service provided. I wanty money back.
