Very infuriated with travel.start south Africa

My experience with travel.start was very horrific and unfriendly, i paid 17 500 for my ticket and after they refund 13 thousand and cancelled my ticket without my knowledge,when i call and sent email s they don't answer,they answered this morning telling me my reference number can't be found on the system and they refunded the money.

To my surprise they never told me that they refunded the money and when called their call center they assured me all.is well ,as i will be travelling on the 7 the of April.

This travel start company is a big ****

Done ever book.with them.,they will now deny you as if they don't know you when you support their business

They are very bad bad company they care about their sales and not custoners

Please hello Peter can you please help.me to.shame this company and i want my 4500 which they are holding and refusing with it
