Very disappointing

I have never written a review about any business before. I just made an account so that I can write a review about this business. I am so deeply disappointed with Travelstart. Although the individuals that I speak to are friendly, I feel like they are deliberately delaying responses and making it so difficult to book flights especially if you have a voucher. I've been struggling for months to get our flights booked and every time there is either a mistake on the flight dates or the passenger name and when you correct them then they just say sorry your quote has expired and you have to go through the whole process again. I've phoned them over 13 times and feel like I'm getting nowhere. It's very frustrating as I've always been a friendly customer and very patient but this has gone on for too long. I really hope someone from Travelstart see this and really work on providing a better service because after this situation I will never book with them again.
