Very bad service

Worse service I've gotten from a booking website. First of all they deducted R3900 to much from my card and took 3 days to pay the money back. Secondly I've been waiting 3 days for a response to change my date of my flight and have written 2 urgent emails to do so and still haven't gotten a response. And they have no number to call, only a whatsapp line which is completely useless. wont recommend booking with them
