Very bad experience all round
Melissa, please can you come back to me regarding booking in October or November from CPT to Seychelles as discussed yesterday on phone? We paid R21 105 in January 2021 and tickets for same flights are R25 500. How can we be charged an additional R12 000 to pay, That is enough for 1 x additional traveler to fly to the Seychelles.
We are willing to pay below as per quote received on 21/09/2021 per traveler.
Difference in Fare: R1590.00 Difference in taxes: R261.97 , Airline change penalty:R0.00 WAIVED Travelstart admin fee: R299.00, Please send the invoice tomorrow during the day so I can make payment and plan our long awaited holiday. Still need to make a booking for accommodation so everything is dependent on your quick response.

I also checked my Credit Card for uncleared transactions and the R2600 was not reflecting as well. Please can you double check that payment indeed shows as processed on your side?
