Usless
Backage check in.
No option to book additional bags, was, told that 20kg limit meant more than 1 bag, I had to pay the carrier additional fees to check in another bag.
I expect to be refunded both for my current flight and return

I have checked the booking and can see that upon booking we advised that the airline permits 20KG in total as checked baggage, this can be more than 1 checked bag with a combined weight of 20kgs. I have accessed the booking and can see that the airline updated that you had an extra bag for check in over and above their general amount and thus an extra baggage charge was app****.
