Useless travelstart

Completly uselees. Tried to cancel flights 5 days ago. On watsapp platform. Aswell as the links provided. No reponse at all. And btw who needs to comunicate via facebook for a flight cancelation ***!!! Will never ever recomend anyone to use travelstart when booking fligts as they do no have the after service when in need or to even change a date. Useless will never use this service again.. they dont give a f#ck as long as they make money.
