Useless service from Travelstart and Mango
Absolutely disappointed with this service! email says the following: Please take a minute to verify all your details, especially the passenger names and travel dates as once your ticket has been issued airline penalties may apply to make changes. If any of the information you have supp**** is incorrect please contact us immediately at *** or ***.
I called within 5 minutes - but travelstart claimed mango already confirmed. Both airlines refused to cancel the transaction and mango wanted to charge me R 737 rand to move the ticket (costing less than R500) to the day before.
Disgusting service and policies have left me with a USELESS ticket.
