Useless customer service

This company is so pathetic, we booked a flight for today at 19h00 we will not be able to make it in time and we are trying to move our fligt, bit no assistance, if you phone the answering mashine says it is out off office hours - office hours is from 6 to 8.50 then you must whatrsapp, there is just no responce on that nr, now we are going to lose our flight....this is bull ****t.....how we supise to comunicate.....no customar service at all......PLEASE DONT EVER USE TRAVELSTART.....RHWY ARE USELESS!!!!!!
