Useless call center
The call center is extremely useless. I have been trying to change my flight dates and have not had anyone pick up for more than 5 hours. Worst decision ever was booking through travelstart.

10 Jan 2019, 11:24Avril, I am on the line again waiting to be answered because she told me to contact the airline directly but the airline tells me I should contact travelstart. I am on the line waiting for someone to pick up. Should brace myself for another hour on the line waiting..........
