Useless
Getting married on the 30th of April and need to amend my flights TO GET TO MY WEDDING!!! yet it's been THREE weeks and I still can't get hold of them!!!! ABSOLUTELY USELESS!!!

Thank you for taking my call earlier.
As discussed as payment was not successful for the change to your return flight our team were not able to re-issue the ticket.
To confirm your outbound flights for both you and Ms Cook are booked and confirmed 1 May, and I have resent the e-tickets for both passengers to the email address used to make the booking.
As discussed the original return flights booked have already cancelled out when you confirmed to the new dates however payment was not succesful.
You have not requested a refund quote for both passengers return flight.
Our refunds team will email a refund quote as well as a suspension option.
Please keep checking your inbox and follow the prompts provided once email is received how you wish to proceed. You should receive it within 24 - 48 hours.
