URGENT: Need to change ticket for tomorrow - no reply
Non existent customer service. I need to urgently change a flight. Have tried everything available avenue to contact this company. No reply. Not to the online form, the App, the WhatsApp number or email address. The call centre is only a recorded message mentioning all the above ways of contacting them. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY! If anyone at Travelstart actually read these reviews, please reply!

I have called 3 numbers to no avail. Please note I have not been able to reach the airline and continue to hold for them. I will remove the flight from the booking so that you do not lose the value of the ticket. I will obtain the information from the airline and will revert on email as to how long you can keep the ticket open for.
