Urgent help needed - no one answers the phone

Good day

I upgraded my flight to a rebookable flight but cannot get through to you the change my flight details

I downloaded the app but you are still required to call your call centre to change the flight dates, I have called 3 times today and held on for approx 8 minutes each time with no answer?? I need to urgently change the flight and would appreciate if something Morne can contact me to do so
