Unsympathetic and horrible communication.
Horrible communication. We booked our flights with Travelstart/British Airways. They canceled due to Covid. We requested a refund, after a week of struggling to get hold of Travelstart. Refund will be processed between 10-12 weeks. Extremely unhelpful and unsympathetic towards customers.

Thank I have tried to call to no avail.
Please note that I have checked the booking and the refund has been sent to the airline for completion. The original waiting period was previously 12days for them to complete, but due to the processing and backlog the refund can take up to 12 weeks as per the airline information we have received.
