Unresponsive WhatsApp Line

I would not recommend booking through Travelstart - when you need to make changes to your booking, their contact form and Whatsapp number are both non-responsive. No contact number is provided for you to actually speak to a person. Unfortunately, airlines will refer you back to Travelstart as the booking came through them. I would recommend booking directly with an airline, most still have call centres where you can speak to a consultant to address any queries.
