Unprofessional, Zero Customer Care, **********

In November 2021 I booked 2 air tickets to Dubai. These were cancelled at #99 after travel restrictions were reinstated to Dubai due to COVID. When I booked the tickets I was offered a COVID insurance where my tickets could either be refunded or booked at a later stage. I took the premium packages which would also cover the costs of Visas and PCR tests. Since January up until now I have not received any refinds for visas or PCR tests "apparent fine lines". At one point I was told that my tickets would only be valid until November this year, where the insurance document clearly states "2 years from date of departure" I send email upon email upon email - and NO RESPONSE. Last week when I tried to send yet another online request I suddenly get told that my Booking Reference number DOES NOT EXIST!!!!! And still no response to any of my emails

I WANT MY EMAILS ANSWERED I WANT MY MONEY BACK - ALL OF IT

And then I am done with this company whom I will NEVER use again and will make sure that every living being I know DOES NOT make use of them.

I see they don't respond to any of the complaints posted here - and all review and comment options on their facebook page are disabled.

Clearly they are aware of would happen if they weren't disabled.
