UNPROFESSIONAL SERVICE
Please DO NOT BOOK with travelstart. Needed to change the date on a return booking due to an emergency. They do not respond . Its been 36 hours still waiting for email quote they promised to send.

I have checked the booking and seen the request to change the booking for a flight this evening. I require clarity before we can assist. Please see my email I have sent requesting the information. I need to know if the passenger will remain in Doha until 16 July, or travel to South Africa today. Please also note that the flexi product covers the airline change fee and the Travelstart admin fee and does not cover the difference in fare and taxes.
Please revert on email soonest, as I have tried to call the number on the booking to no avail.
