Unpleasant Travelstart experience
This has been extremely unpleasant for me and my family. My husband has been out of the country for most of the year and we planned a trip to the coast this holiday with my husband. He will join us later. I booked flight tickets through Travelstart as I often make use of them. After a couple of days going back and forth, it was clear that the flights have never been booked with Kulula and Travelstart placed all the blame on Kulula which has only helped me attempting to resolve the matter. According to the Kulula website and the Kulula agents, no bookings existed in my name. The tickets were never made and Travelstart didn't refund me my tickets. Ttravelstart actually didn't take any responsibility did they find or assist in finding a solution. Now we have our holiday bookings with no flights or money to book new ones.
Please just make your booking direct onto the sight of the airline you want to make use of.
