Unhelpful and rude

Unhelpful and rude customer service. When making a booking, they first take a small amount then say that the rest of the transaction failed and quickly cancel your booking but keep the original amount. Not sure if I will receive my refund. Do not recommend booking through them. Frustrating experience.
