Unfair treatment

I am very disappointed with travel start, 1stly they did not have my ticket available or my information on the date of my departure from cape town, I called and was advised that I can claim a trip anytime within 2 years, as I had to book another flight, now I enquired wanted to go to Durban with my pending claim ticket that will expire in 2 years, I was told I needed to pay R1500 extra amount on top pf the claim ticket, I imagine I bought the ticket to cape town then for R2100 and I have to add R1500 just for them to change from Cape town to Durban, I still think they should have refunded my money then, they promise that you can claim a trip at anytime, however they want more to be added, I want my money back please .
