Understanding what Customer service is about

After a run around this morning trying to reschedule flights to what we had originally booked and many calls between Travelstart and Qatar Airways (who was very helpful), I finally got through Melissa at the Travelstart Call Centre, who was most professional. She listened to my complaint and advised me the course of action. She then followed up on what she said she'd do, very rare in today's call centres, and called me back with the entire booking sorted out. Yet to receive written confirmation but that's coming through. Travelstart, take care of Melissa she's a credit to your company!!!!
