Unable to get help with tickets we paid for with Qatar that have 100% refund but we can't get a person to help their site isn't working either.

We are meant to fly Doha and we booked our tickets through Travelstart. Qatar are very helpful and friendly but tell us we need to contact Travelstart to help us with either refund or change date.

Naomi E. and Mehmet U. are two agents who I asked to help me but they are unable to help me and tell me to speak to Qatar Airways.

We just want to change our flight our of Doha or get a refund and fly with another Airline?
