Unable to change ticket flight date
I am trying to change my booking as I have a flexi ticket. I am failing to why? My flight leaves tomorrow I need it changed to Wednesday

I have checked the booking and can see that we received a request on April to assist with the amendment of the booking on 25 April we made contact with you and thus proceeded with the change. I have resent the ticket information to you should you not have previously received it.
