UMAR came to the rescue

1 Star missing due to the inconvenience experienced before we finally reached the "right one".

I wrote a 1 star review on 8 March 2023 due to weeks of no support or solution from Travelstart. I'm providing an updated, 4 star review after the matter has been resolved by superstar Umar. 5 Starts to Umar!

I cannot thank Umar enough for assisting us on 10 March 2023. The telephone line was bad and made communication difficult on the day, but she understood the urgency to have the matter resolved and she persevered with patience, sometimes repeating her answer 2 to 3 times until I understood. She was kind hearted throughout, and even showed initiative when she suggested that we stay one day in Athens as an alternative to an 8 hour lay over in Doha. Athens ended up being the best advise and it was an amazing addition to our holiday. But most importantly, she was the one who ensured our query was resolved and tickets issued on the same day.

Travelstart - look after Umar. She is the star who redeemed our experience.
