TRYING TO GET E-TICKETS FROM TRAVELSTART

I booked a ticket through travel start for my daughter on the 26th November Never received confirmation or Invoice with reference nr Monies were pending on my credit card and then it cleared nothing happened no confirmation or proof of invoice tried to contact there is nobody to speak to you then suddenly an reference nr in the name of someone else with the same surname Sent email and you have to wait 48-72 hrs before they respond and perhaps by that time your flight you booked has come and gone but they take your money So what do I do now ? Try and reverse payment if possible can someone give me advice Thanks
