Trsvelstary poor after sales service

Have booked a ticket for my child which needed to be amended. I have tried to contact travelstart via email and evemtually through their call centre. I have not recieved any response through email nor was I able to make contact through theor call centre. I had to rebook another ticket through an alternative supplier. I will thimk twice before booking through them again
