Trouble with Travelstart
Like many people, we booked tickets from JHB to London through Travelstart but the flights were cancelled. The tickets were suspended and now that we try to rebook them, we are getting the run around. 3 times i have found flights for the dates I want but when I contact them to try and book those dates, i get told the proice is 20k more or as of today, my requests for assistance are ignored. I have tried to contact them on their contact form, email and whatsapp but getting zero response since lunch time. All I want to do is book tickets to the value of what I paid especially when you advertise them at that price r in some instances, cheaper.

Please note that the rebooking and new booking are 2 different things.
A new booking is what the airline is willing to price a new sale fare at and the rebooking is what the airline actually has available.

I've sent you a mail but had no response. I understand you were also dealing with my wife. We received the revised offer yesterday but to give only 2 hours to respond is a little short sighted. I have tried again to contact you today, I've used the contact form on your website and sent you a message on Twitter and just radio silence. I have not even had the usual confirmation mail from the contact form. As you can see I won't let this go so instead of giving me the run around, deal with the problem.
