TRAVESTART IS USELESS.....Do not use them.......

Dismal Experience - Booked a Flight via FLAP App to Mauritius on AIR Austral for Sept 2021. Covid came and everything stopped. It is now almost 18 months that I battle to get some form of assistance from TRAVELSTART. They tell me that they requested Air Austral to respond ???? Nothing yet and Travelstart just sit back and do nothing - why should they they got their commission from the deal?????
