TravelSTOP - dont use them to book your tickets

I booked a Mango flight from JHB to CT for R1880 through Travelstart . Travelstart did not honour payment to Mango I had to purchase another ticket from Mango to get home R2900 Its now DAY 5 No refund No response to my requests for an escalation On hold for 35 minutes while they try and locate a manager on duty No response from Celia Labuschagne, or Nadia Lawson whom I was promised would contact me. Shocking Operation.
